Alyssa is 8 going on 14 and Ryan is almost 6. 11 years ago I moved to San Diego from Salt Lake Utah and met my husband and here and I stayed '-) I like to busy, and like my dad, just don't function unless I'm stressed by being involved in everything I can. I'm always involved in something with church, PTA, kids activities and I'm the H/R Manager for our family business J & B Materials, Inc. But my passion is health and fitness...I LOVE IT! It has always been a part of my life. A couple years ago I started a program called P90X by Beachbody and fell in love. I'm now a Beachbody Coach and personaly helping to end the trend of obesity not only in my family but this country. I AM LOVING IT! Helping others, being their guide, mentor, example, supporter. I just love helping others. And that is me right now in April 2011 :-)".
